Congress Fees (VAT 18% included)

The registration fee includes: admission to the scientific sessions of the Congress; entrance to the exhibition; final program, daily tea/coffee and lunch; UEMS accreditation. 

How to get registered
Those who wish to participate in the 2nd JOINT MEETING OF ASSR AND ESNR are requested to process their online registration.

Payment
Payment should be made by one of the following methods:

• By Bank Transfer (to be issued before processing the online registration) to AIM Group - AIM Congress.
  Bank details:

  The payment transfer form should clearly state the name(s) of the delegate(s) and should clearly state the reference "Spineradiology 1AC006".

• By Credit Card on-line, a security certificate mode "Verisign" and "SSB" is available.  

Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to AIM Group - AIM Congress. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until April 5, 2011, up to which date 50 % of the amount will be refunded. For cancellations made after April 5, 2011, no refund can be made. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THE CONGRESS, WITHIN 60 DAYS.

Changes
Alterations to your registration will only be accepted in writing.

Invitation letter for VISA requirements
All foreign visitors must possess a valid passport, except those from European Union Member Countries. Participants should check with their travel agents, consulate offices or diplomatic missions in their own countries whether or not visas are required. Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the Congress should contact the Organizing Secretariat not later than May 15, 2011.
The invitation letter will be issued through the web site once your personal data have been filled out.
